About

Robert Wasser, game studio operator and founder of Wild Labs

Operator by instinct.
Builder by nature.

I've spent my career working in and around companies at inflection points — where ambiguity is high, stakes are real and the work requires both strategic clarity and hands-on execution. Much of that work has been in games, studio leadership and company building.

My background spans game studio operations, product leadership, company building and operational strategy. I'm most useful when the challenge is complex, the stakes are real and the path forward is not obvious yet.

Based in Stockholm, I work with game studios, producers, founders and leadership teams who want to move with more intent — building products, teams and operating rhythms that last.

Current Focus

Building with intent.

Right now I'm focused on running Wild Labs, a self-funded game studio in Stockholm — building teams, products and playable experiences from the ground up. I work on a small number of projects at a time, choosing games where we can have real impact, real ownership and room to build patiently.

Previously I held leadership roles across game studios and game projects, helping teams navigate growth, transition and the hard work of building organizations that are both effective and worth being part of.
